En Lottusse estamos buscando incorporar a nuestro departamento de Marketing Online un eCommerce Marketing Manager con las siguientes funciones:

Implementación y control de la estrategia de eCommerce y plan de medios digitales de la empresa, asegurando la coherencia corporativa y la maximización de ingresos del canal propio y de terceros (marketplaces), principalmente para el mercado europeo.
Planificar y lograr los objetivos del canal propio a través de la optimización del performance y la maximización de la satisfacción de la experiencia de compra, en colaboración directa con el Social Media Manager.
Capaz de gestionar las herramientas de marketing online publicitario.
Gestión del posicionamiento orgánico y desarrollo de la identidad digital.
Responsable del catálogo web: Control de contenido, carga de novedades, actualización de productos, control de precios por mercado, monitorización y reporte semanal y mensual.
Generación de tráfico y optimización de las diferentes técnicas de captación y atribución.
Coordinar con Social Media Manager y partner digital las campañas paid nacionales y para el resto de Europa.
Gestión y coordinación de Atención al Cliente junto con el responsable de Post Venta.
Definición de KPI’s y control de stocks, presupuesto y ventas.
Seguimiento, análisis y evaluación de las tendencias de mercado en e-commerce.
Negociación con proveedores.

También nos gustaría que tuvieras las siguientes capacidades, o que quieras desarrollarlas junto a nosotros:

Conocimiento de la tecnología y experiencia en la venta eCommerce.
Visión analítica. Conocer las métricas, metodologías y herramientas de análisis.
Carácter resolutivo y mente abierta.
Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.

Requisitos:

Mínimo 1 año de experiencia previa en puestos de gestión eCommerce o Marketing Online, preferiblemente en sector moda, y con una clara orientación a resultados.
Experiencia en gestores de eCommerce como Prestashop.
Conocimiento de SEO/SEM.
Gran capacidad analítica, con enfoque a resultados: ROI, ROAS, engagement.
Conocimiento de las principales herramientas digitales: Google Marketing Solutions.
Iniciativa, innovación, capacidad de análisis, comunicación y proactividad.
Experiencia trabajando y gestionando proveedores digitales.
Nivel avanzado de Excel.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Ecommerce management

Benchmarking competitors, positioning, opportunities and applying pricing strategies vs stock rotation and target margins
Manage product range, develope current offer to fulfill market needs with the right products and prepare purchasing for the following year
Manage commercial operations on AG website and marketplaces via account managers or directly in the marketplace to increase business
Investigate potential partnerships and open new marketplaces by fostering new relationships and optimising existing ones
Suggest and coordinate with IT web developments to improve Customer Experience (online ordering funnel, CMS pages, blog)
Provide weekly and monthly reports of sales and marketing KPIs

Digital Marketing

Think creatively: identify Alice’s Garden’s target audience in the UK market and how to reach them in the most engaging but also cost-efficient way
Define the Growth Marketing and User Acquisition Strategies for our website SEM (Google invest/Google Analytics).
Be KPI-focused: use multiple metrics to assess the real value of campaigns and partnerships
Analyse the traffic/trends on the page and deploy dedicated marketing actions to increase conversion rate.
Align marketing plan with product releases and new arrivals.
Optimise all current communication channels and increase traffic (social networks – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter – and newsletters to client database).
SEO: Optimisation on site (guides, metas, content, backlink).

Content Management

Ensure correct setup of description, attributes and images are published in AG’s website according to SEO parametres.
Maintain all imagery and content within 3rd party sites. (marketplaces) via feed or via manual listings.
Ensure that all content is adapted for performance, brand and web accessibility guidelines.
Coordinate content translations with external partners and ensure quality standards according to SEO parametres.
Ensure all new stock arrivals are listed on time to pre-sale before arrival date at the warehouse.
Be proactive with ideas on how to improve our content in each marketplace.

Customer Service & Sales Administration

During high season, deal with inbound phone calls and emails from customers, 90% of which will be after-sales cases requiring a swift resolution.
Multi-tasking is a way of life at Alice’s Garden, you will be managing several tabs simultaneously that could include our internal CRM tool, external softwares and the back offices of our partners.
Use commercial awareness to offer customers the appropriate compensation in line with our policies or a suitable alternative resolution.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED

Analytically-minded and a trader mentality (devoted to pricing and benchmark on a daily basis) in a highly competitive environment.
Execution of a commercial and digital plan.
Experience in the UK market is essential (minimum 3 years).
Previous experience in e-commerce (consumer goods).
Commercial awareness and experienced in key account management.
Willingness to test, test, test and be very hands on.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with co-workers and externals.
Empathy and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
English : business level or native is essential.
Other languages : proficiency in French and Spanish would be beneficial.

Pandora Spain is looking for an e-Commerce Manager, to become responsible for the Spanish e-Commerce channel, the related digital marketing strategy and the management of other digital touch points within the business.

His/her Main Fuctions Will Be

  • Responsible for the e-Commerce performance, ensuring a strong development of the channel, setting clear KPIs and defined plans to reach them.
  • Work closely with the Finance Department in order to define the yearly turnover forecast for the channel and review it on quarterly basis.
  • In alignment with the Country Manager and the national plans, responsible for implementing the commercial calendar on e-com channel, including all local national promotions, integrating specific tactical incentives when necessary.
  • Work closely with the Cluster and EMEA e-Commerce Team to ensure the local implementation of global campaigns on e-com site and brand site (or the single platform when ready).
  • Work with the Cluster and EMEA e-Commerce Team to ensure the implementation of globally defined projects aimed at the optimization of the channel by following all the required steps, from feedback process to final testing.
  • Ensure proper adaptation of all local national campaigns and eventual promotional activities on the IT e-Commerce.
    Work closely with the Merchandising Department to ensure that the product offering is in line with the current IT assortment and provide the proper forecast for the new product launches.
  • Provide weekly reports analyzing all the relevant KPIs of the channel, to be shared at local level.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reports analyzing all the relevant KPIs of the channel, to be shared with the Cluster and EMEA e-Commerce Team.
  • Provide all necessary analysis and channel insights required from Finance Department for monthly and quarterly business review.
    Actively look for constant updates on e-com channel development in the market.
  • Responsible for the e-Commerce digital media budget, define a digital strategy for the channel aimed at driving qualified traffic to the store and the achievement of all measured KPIs.
  • Work closely with the media agency to constantly track the ROI of the media plan and optimize the investments according to the results.
  • Manage all tracking, reporting and evaluation related to the dedicated media plan.
  • Define together with the CRM Specialist a proper EDM calendar aimed at supporting the commercial calendar of the e-Commerce.

What We Are Looking For

  • Mastery of MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel).
  • Knowledge of Magento, Prestashop or Shopify necessary.
